Trade Surveillance Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Market Abuse Trade Surveillance team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing, market-leading team with a wide and varying portfolio of projects within market abuse.
About the Role:In this key role, you will support technical client projects, internal business development, and thought leadership relating to market abuse. You will also assist clients with engagement delivery and advise on industry practices related to trade surveillance and market abuse controls.
Key Responsibilities:- Support technical client projects and internal business development
- Assist clients with engagement delivery and advise on industry practices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, cases, and developments in market abuse
- Develop as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and manage junior team members
- Understanding of trading businesses and market abuse risks within sell-side investment banks
- Good understanding of financial products, including cash and derivatives
- Experience working in Compliance Surveillance or Technology teams with trade surveillance experience
- Awareness of model validation and data quality for Surveillance
- Working knowledge of trade surveillance vendors and solutions
- Familiarity with effective Surveillance Operating Models and Governance Frameworks
$80,000 - $110,000 per annum
