Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade and Order Surveillance Business Analyst to join our team at TP ICAP Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting business analysis on regulatory-focused technology initiatives in the area of trade and order surveillance and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Compliance, Business Managers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA, and other areas of the business to define requirements.
  • Develop and maintain the surveillance asset class roadmap to ensure dependencies are aligned.
  • Work on multiple regulatory sub-projects and deliverables whilst managing multiple deadlines and differing priorities.

Competencies

The ideal candidate will have a proven understanding of the full project life cycle from requirements capture through to implementation and delivery. They should also have experience in wholesale financial services, ideally with a good understanding of the front-to-back trade lifecycle.

Compensation

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of around $90,000 per year, plus benefits including 20 days annual leave, a pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
