Job Description

\

This role is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our innovative firm and be part of the journey to digitally transform the financial markets.

\

As a Senior Analyst, Surveillance, you will be involved in supporting our approach to surveillance of trading venues across EMEA & APAC and at times other trading venues in the organization.

\

You will help with the development of risk assessment and related surveillance tests and scenarios, and deliver day-to-day trade and communications surveillance activities.

\

About You

\

We are looking for an individual with 3+ years of experience working in UK/EU financial services firms, preferably in regulated electronic trading platforms, market infrastructure and trading firms.

\

A strong academic qualification, such as a STEM degree, is required, and experience working in market surveillance is preferred.

\

You should have knowledge or experience in market abuse and be interested in financial markets, data analysis, and compliance.

\

A team player with the ability to work flexibly and tenaciously is essential, along with strong report writing and documentation skills.

\

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including free food, paid time off, and tuition assistance.
