Business Growth Manager DACH Region

eGain Corporation is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the DACH region. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Qualify inbound marketing leads and identify new opportunities in DACH and beyond.
- Sales Enablement: Nurture leads through standardised content and engagement schedules via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Closing Deals: Work closely with Client Directors to ensure leads are of high quality and have a strong potential for conversion.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be fluent in German, have a deep understanding of the DACH geography and business environment, and possess at least 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector.
