eGain Corporation is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the DACH region. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for expanding our client base by qualifying inbound marketing leads, nurturing partner relationships, and prospecting for new opportunities.

Responsibilities
  1. Qualify inbound marketing leads using the MEDDIC sales qualification methodology.
  2. Nurture leads with standardized content and engagement schedules via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
  3. Ensure leads meet established criteria before qualifying them for sales opportunities and disposition non-advancing leads in CRM.
  4. Support and build the performance of eGain partners through direct engagement in opportunities.
  5. Provide feedback on lead quality.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German (native preferred) and a solid understanding of the DACH geography and business environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector.
  • Partner relationship experience in CCaaS and/or SAP technologies.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

eGain offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $125,000 per year, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
