You're at the forefront of driving innovation and growth in their dynamic sales environment as a Business Development Manager (BDM) within the Telephony Specialist Business Unit (SBU). Every day brings new opportunities to cultivate relationships and drive business development, whether deepening connections with existing vendors, devising growth strategies with customers, or prospecting for net new business.

As a key member of this esteemed team, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Development: Cultivate strong customer relationships, helping them grow from initial engagement to long-term success.
  • Project Support: Play a pivotal role in supporting projects, offering timely assistance to ensure objectives are met with efficiency and positivity.
  • Customer and Vendor Collaboration: Act as a bridge between customers and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and alignment to achieve shared goals.

This role requires a natural communicator who can balance strategic goals with relationship building. Experience in customer and vendor relationship management is a plus.
