Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Specialist to join our team as a Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving allocated targets, delivering year-on-year growth in sales and revenue performance within the Partner Sales Channel.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is excellent, with an estimated range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus commission and Vodafone benefits. As a Location Independent Worker, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK and enjoy a full-time 37.5-hour working week.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire new and sustainable quality Indirect Partners who sell Vodafone Solutions, focusing on the complete Indirect product portfolio and cross-selling services.
- Work with Marketing to drive partner acquisition and identify, engage, and sell the benefits of being a Vodafone Partner through to successful onboarding and selling.
- Manage the delivery of the acquisition plan to a successful outcome.
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A proven track record of sales success in a business-to-business environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
