Dynamic Sales Growth Specialist

Bircham Wyatt Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Director to play a pivotal role in shaping the company's inclusive culture. As a Business Development Manager within the Spaces Specialist Business Unit (SBU), you'll be at the forefront of driving innovation and growth, working hand-in-hand with Senior Account Managers to empower them with in-depth vendor insights and support them in expanding their customer base.
Key Responsibilities:- CUSTOMER RECRUITMENT: Identify ideal customers and guide them towards realising their full potential by hunting for customers like a talent scout, seeking out the hidden gems and rising stars of the industry.
- CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT: Work closely with Senior Account Managers to develop and implement strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- PROJECT SUPPORT: Provide expert support to projects, leveraging your knowledge of Unified Communications, Audio Visual, and UV Solutions to deliver exceptional results.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 per annum, plus bonus and commission schemes. You will also receive fantastic benefits including private medical insurance, a celebration day off, discounted gym memberships, Perkbox, and more.
