Job Summary
The Sales Representative plays a critical role in representing OEC and its manufacturer partners, building strong relationships with customers while driving sales growth. Key responsibilities include making outbound sales calls, handling customer inquiries, achieving personal targets, and leveraging product promotions to achieve specific goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must be a confident communicator with experience in fast-paced sales environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to relate well to others and work as part of a team, are essential. Results orientation, IT literacy, and knowledge of MS Excel are also required.
