AWE Plc is currently seeking an experienced Training Development Specialist to join their team at AWE Aldermaston. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programmes to support the operational response capability.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced, and technically challenging area. The role involves working closely with external stakeholders to provide operational response capability and requires the ability to work calmly and constructively in a priority changing environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience of carrying out detailed Training Needs Analysis with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and end users, to identify comprehensive requirements that enable the development of appropriate training interventions. Proficiency in the delivery of consistent, relevant, and effective learning that ensures the course aims and objectives are met is also a requirement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analysis, development, design, and delivery of training courses for NTR operational responders, NTR staff, and end users.
  • Undertakes continuous improvement and implements solutions as required.

The salary for this role is approximately £38,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on your suitability, qualifications, and level of experience.
