AWE Plc is currently recruiting for a People Development Specialist to join its Construction Management team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and develop Construction Managers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Identify areas for improvement within the team and develop plans to address these.

You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A strong understanding of construction management principles and practices is also essential.

The salary for this position is up to £65,000 depending on experience.
