Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Construction Leader with a people-focused approach to join our team. As a Senior Construction Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Construction Managers, providing coaching and development opportunities, and ensuring that projects are delivered to the required quality standards.

You will have experience operating within the Engineering/Construction Management/Build Environment field and have operated at the level of people/resource manager. You will also have a strong analytical skillset and ability to produce reports and interrogate data. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

The salary for this position is £60,125 per annum, which includes a range of benefits such as 9-day working fortnight, market-leading contributory pension scheme, and opportunities for professional career development.
