Workplace Strategy Specialist

We are seeking a Workplace Strategy Specialist to join our team at AWE Plc. As a key member of the People function, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining the People strategy programme, tracking and reporting on progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and identifying and mitigating risks.
You will work closely with key stakeholders within the organisation, across the enterprise, and where appropriate with external parties, ensuring effective communication of complex information to a diverse audience.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with colleagues and develop your skills in people operations, programme management, governance, and executive reporting.
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience
