People Operations Director

Job Description:
We are looking for a talented individual to lead our People Functions team. As People Operations Director, you will define and maintain the People strategy programme, track and report on progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics and identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and maintain the People strategy programme
* Track and report on progress, KPIs, financial metrics, and risks
* Proactively address issues and implement solutions
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within People & Places function, across the enterprise, and where appropriate with external parties
* Collaborate with the People Insights team, TA to Chief People & Places Officer (CPPO) and Finance and enterprise Portfolio Management stakeholders, produce timely and high-quality reports to meet People Director and CPPO requirements, intended for a range of audiences including board level.
Requirements:
* Degree in relevant field or the equivalent in experience
* Proven experience in people operations, programme management, governance, and executive reporting (or equivalent in complexity and audience expectations)
* Highly effective project management, planning and organising skills, using a methodical and analytical approach and a robust approach towards time and resource management
