Senior Engineering Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Director to join our team at AWE Plc. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of our Future Materials Campus project.
About the Role:
- Lead a multi-discipline design engineering delivery team to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
- Provide technical direction, leadership, and process governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that our facilities and infrastructure meet the requirements to deliver current and future business operations.
Requirements:
- A recognised engineering-related qualification (HNC/D/Degree) with relevant experience in engineering design and delivery.
- The ability to work across functions, providing a supportive interface between different stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Benefits:
- An estimated salary of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 270 hours of annual leave, plus every other Friday off work.
