Assistant Director

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director to join our team at Choice Care Group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of care and service delivery.
As an Assistant Director, you will have a key role in driving business growth and expansion, while also contributing to the development of our staff and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- To oversee the management of our facilities, including day-to-day operations and strategic planning.
- To lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- To contribute to the development of our services, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- To work closely with other departments, such as HR and Finance, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience in a senior management role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
