Job Title: Human Resources Strategic Manager

About the Role:
AWE Plc is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Strategic Manager to oversee the People Functions governance and manage the People Plan on behalf of the People Director. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the People function within People & Places, holding the integrated delivery plan, ensuring delivery against agreed business milestones and providing critical reporting to the People Director.

The successful candidate will ensure interconnectivity of People plan and reporting within the People & Places governance and reporting requirement, working closely with the TA to Chief People & Places Officer.

The salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
