Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Construction Managers.
• Providing direction and focus for the individuals while understanding business requirements.
• Delivering a construction management technical capability to our business.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A strong background in engineering, construction, or resource/human resource management. A degree in one of these disciplines is essential.
• Experience operating within the Engineering/Construction Management/Build Environment field.
• A high level of professionalism, with strong analytical skills and the ability to produce reports. Comfortable interrogating data and having a working understanding of people, processes, and systems (inc. HR).
• Strong communication, approach, and style skills.

Security Clearance
