Job Overview:

AWE Plc is seeking a talented Senior Construction Operations Director to lead our Construction Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of Construction Managers, providing direction and focus for the individuals while understanding business requirements to deliver a construction management technical capability to our business.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in an engineering or construction discipline and experience operating within the Engineering/Construction Management field. They should also have experience in managing and mentoring teams and have strong analytical skills with ability to produce reports and comfortable interrogating data.

About the Role:

  • Manage and develop a team of Construction Managers
  • Provide direction and focus for team members
  • Understand business requirements to deliver construction management technical capability

Salary and Benefits:

Estimated Salary: £65,000 per annum. You will also receive a 9-day working fortnight - meaning you get every other Friday off work, in addition to 270 hours of annual leave, as well as a market leading contributory pension scheme and access to a range of family friendly policies.
