Human Capital Manager

AWE Plc seeks a highly skilled and experienced Human Capital Manager to join its team. Located between Reading and Basingstoke, with free onsite parking, this role offers a competitive salary depending on experience, and standard AWE benefits.
Job RequirementsThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the People Plan on behalf of the People Director;
- Defining and maintaining the People strategy programme, tracking and reporting on progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and identifying and mitigating risks;
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders within People & Places function, across the enterprise, and where appropriate with external parties.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, proven experience in people operations, programme management, governance, and executive reporting, as well as effective project management, planning, and organising skills.
AWE Plc offers a 9-day working fortnight, 270 hours of annual leave, and a market-leading contributory pension scheme.
