We are seeking an experienced Head of Organisational Development and Engagement to join our team at AWE Plc.
This role will focus on developing and implementing strategies to drive organisational performance and business growth.
The successful candidate will be based in RG7 4PR, a location that offers easy access to both Reading and Basingstoke, with free onsite parking available.
A competitive leadership salary depending on experience, a performance-related bonus, and a flexible benefit scheme are all part of the package.
AWE operates a 9-day working fortnight, providing flexibility for employees to balance their work and personal lives.
Estimated salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve organisational performance and drive business growth.
- Liaise with stakeholders to identify talent management needs and develop solutions.
- Lead the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
