AWE Plc is looking for an Organisational Development Manager to join its team. In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of the company's People Plan, managing the people functions governance and providing critical reporting to the People Director.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust governance framework for the people function, ensuring delivery against agreed business milestones, and providing effective communication of complex information to a diverse audience.

As part of this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders within the organisation, across the enterprise, and where appropriate with external parties, ensuring the smooth operation of the People function.

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience
