Role Overview
AWE Plc is seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to join their team, responsible for ensuring compliance in a highly regulated nuclear environment. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to deliver workplace solutions and manage risk within the company.

About the Role
This role involves managing maintenance methodology and services directly related to Nuclear Safety. The ideal candidate will have experience of enterprise asset management systems, process safety management, and quality systems. A NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent qualification is desirable.
