The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of care and service delivery.

As an Operations Manager, you will have a key role in driving business growth and expansion, while also contributing to the development of our staff and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage the daily operations of our facilities, including staff supervision, client care, and service delivery.
  • To lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • To contribute to the development of our services, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • To work closely with other departments, such as HR and Finance, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a management role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
