Job Description

AWE Plc is currently recruiting for a Facilities Maintenance Operations Manager to manage and oversee the delivery of professional engineering services to support the upkeep of all assets and equipment.

The successful candidate will have experience in leading the delivery of engineering services across the life of an asset, with a strong background in project management and contract administration.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £47,690 - £69,000 per annum, depending on suitability and level of experience.

About the Role
  1. Manage and oversee the delivery of professional engineering services to support the upkeep of all assets and equipment
  2. Provide leadership to Engineering personnel
  3. Identify strategic engineering resource to support future programme of work in own Tech Centre

The ideal candidate will have a HNC/HND qualification or equivalent experience, as well as a proven track record in delivering engineering projects across a range of infrastructure facilities and associated manufacturing and/or research plant and equipment.
