Facility Engineering Operations Lead

AWE Plc is currently seeking a highly skilled Facility Engineering Operations Lead to manage and oversee the delivery of professional engineering services across various infrastructure facilities and associated manufacturing and/or research plant and equipment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the provision of support services, ensuring timely completion of tasks within budget and quality requirements.
About the Role:
- Provide leadership and direction to the engineering team to achieve project objectives.
- Identify engineering task requirements and develop project plans to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Maintain high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality.
Requirements:
- HNC/HND with suitable additional experience or equivalent qualifications.
- Ability to deliver engineering projects across a range of infrastructure facilities and associated manufacturing and/or research plant and equipment.
- Leading the delivery of engineering services across the life of an asset.
- Project, Contract, and Engineering Management Experience with knowledge of CDM.
