Job Title: Engineering Programme Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Programme Lead to join our team at AWE Plc. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of our Future Materials Campus project.

About the Role:

  • Lead a multi-discipline design engineering delivery team to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
  • Provide technical direction, leadership, and process governance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure that our facilities and infrastructure meet the requirements to deliver current and future business operations.

Key Skills:

  • A recognised engineering-related qualification (HNC/D/Degree) with relevant experience in engineering design and delivery.
  • The ability to work across functions, providing a supportive interface between different stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
