Training Programme Specialist
About the Role:AWE Plc is currently recruiting for a Training Programme Specialist to support our team with designing, developing, and delivering training programmes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our dynamic, fast-paced, and technically challenging area.
The successful candidate will be required to complete operational planning, learning and development including key accountabilities such as supporting the development of future requirements for the operational response capability.
We are looking for candidates with experience of carrying out detailed Training Needs Analysis with stakeholders, subject matter experts and end users, to identify comprehensive requirements that enable the development of appropriate training interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis, development, design, and delivery of training courses for NTR operational responders, NTR staff and end users.
- Undertakes continuous improvement and implements solutions as required.
