Package: We offer a competitive salary package that reflects your skills and experience. The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and level of experience.

Working Pattern: AWE operates a 9-day working fortnight, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Flexible working arrangements can be discussed during the application process.

About the Role:
