Operations and Training Development Lead

About the Role:

AWE Plc is seeking an experienced Operations and Training Development Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programmes that meet the needs of our operational responders, staff and end users.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our dynamic, fast-paced, and technically challenging area. The successful candidate will work closely with external stakeholders to provide operational response capability and maintain high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Supports the development of future requirements for the operational response capability.
  • Adhere to all NTR standards, policies, and processes.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications equivalent to membership, or working towards membership, of a professional body or equivalent experience.
  • A fundamental awareness of how a Learning Management System operates.

The salary for this role is approximately £35,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications, plus benefits such as a 9-day working fortnight and free onsite parking.
