Job Summary:

  • Develop and implement quality training programs for AWE Plc.

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Quality Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality training programs that meet the needs of our employees.

The successful candidate will have experience in designing and delivering training programs, as well as conducting training needs assessments and evaluations. They will also be responsible for creating and maintaining training materials, collaborating with subject matter experts, and analyzing data to inform training decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of AWE Plc employees.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online courses.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that training programs are relevant and effective.
  • Analyze data to inform training decisions and identify areas for improvement.
