Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Delivery Lead - Operations Excellence to join our team at AWE Plc. As a key member of our Operations Transformation team, you will play a crucial role in driving business improvement and delivering exceptional results.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in operations excellence, with experience in leading delivery teams and driving business performance. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. Your excellent leadership skills and ability to coach and develop teams will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and embed new ways of working to eliminate waste and optimize workflow.
  • Lead delivery teams to plan and progress delivery of Operations System Maturity Matrix Line Items and Project workstreams.
  • Maintain strong and positive stakeholder relationships to drive cultural shift and ensure effective adoption of new ways of working.
