We are seeking an experienced Senior Team Lead to join our team at Choice Care Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of staff, ensuring that we deliver high-quality care and services to our clients.

As a Senior Team Lead, you will have a key role in driving business growth and expansion, while also contributing to the development of our staff and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • To contribute to the development of our services, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • To work closely with other departments, such as HR and Finance, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • To monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
