At AWE Plc, we are seeking an experienced Training Needs Analyst to support our team in designing and delivering training programmes. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough Training Needs Analysis with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and end-users to identify comprehensive requirements that enable the development of appropriate training interventions. Proficiency in delivering consistent, relevant, and effective learning is a must.

We are looking for someone with qualifications equivalent to membership or working towards membership of a professional body or equivalent experience. A fundamental awareness of how a Learning Management System operates is also essential.

Salary: £36,500 - £54,750 per annum, depending on your suitability, qualifications, and level of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed Training Needs Analysis to identify comprehensive requirements.
  • Analyse data to inform the design and delivery of training courses.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality training interventions that meet course aims and objectives.
