Job Overview
SeeAbility is a leading disability charity in the UK, specializing in supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Heather House, a specialist nursing home for 16 young adults living with severe complex neurological, learning, and physical disabilities.

About the Role
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others. As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing daily care and support to our residents, helping them live life on their own terms. This includes assisting with personal care, meal preparation, medication, and other daily tasks, as well as building relationships, social engagement, and ensuring respect and dignity for all individuals and their families.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to residents with complex needs
- Assist with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Build strong relationships with residents and their families
- Encourage social engagement through activities and hobbies
- Ensure respect and dignity for all individuals

Requirements
- Experience working with individuals with complex needs
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
