**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Support Worker to join our team at Fir Tree Lodge, a residential home for adults with learning and other disabilities. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live their best lives.
**Key Responsibilities**
You will be responsible for providing daily care and support, building meaningful relationships with our residents, and enabling them to engage in social activities and hobbies.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate exposure to two of the following areas of expertise: Mental Health, Complex Health Conditions, Autism and Learning Disabilities.
