Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Support Worker to join our team at Heather House, a specialist nursing home for young adults with complex needs. As a Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our residents, empowering them to live independently and achieve their goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing daily care and support to residents, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
- Developing and maintaining relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support
- Encouraging residents to participate in activities and hobbies that promote physical and mental well-being
- Ensuring resident safety and security by monitoring their environment and responding to any concerns or incidents
