Residential Care Worker Lead

About the Role
In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents. Your duties will include:
- Creating and implementing personalized care plans to promote independence and well-being.
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and household chores.
- Participating in educational and recreational activities designed to promote learning and development.
