About the Role

SeeAbility is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Needs Support Worker to join their team at Fir Tree Lodge, a residential home for adults with learning and other disabilities.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs to live their best lives. They will be responsible for daily care & support, building relationships, social engagement, and ensuring respect & dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Care & Support: Assist individuals with personal care, meal preparation, medication, and other daily tasks.
  • Building Relationships: Get to know the people you support, understand their needs, and help them live life on their own terms.
  • Social Engagement: Support activities like holidays, social events, and hobbies, ensuring everyone can enjoy what they love doing.
  • Respect & Dignity: Ensure that individuals and their families are treated with utmost respect, dignity, and equality.
