Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Complex Needs Support Worker. This role requires someone who is passionate about supporting individuals with complex needs, such as physical disabilities, complex health needs, autism, and learning disabilities.

About the Role:

  • Assist with daily care and support tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Build strong relationships with the individuals we support, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Support social engagement activities, such as holidays, events, and hobbies, to enhance the quality of life for those we support.
  • Promote respect and dignity for all individuals, ensuring that they receive equal treatment and opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exposure to two or more areas of expertise, such as physical disabilities, complex health needs, autism, learning disabilities, life-limiting conditions, or end-of-life care.
  • Calm, caring, and resilient nature, with the ability to thrive in challenging situations.
  • Manual UK driving license (preferable) or willingness to learn alternative vehicle operation.
