We seek Support Workers to join our team, working in services that provide support to adults with complex health needs and various learning disabilities, enabling them to lead active lives in their homes and communities.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in the hobbies of our service users, be able to adapt communication skills to meet individual needs, use clear pronunciation, slow down speech when necessary, and employ correct vocabulary to describe items and situations.

Our supported living services in Hampshire have been awarded a 'Good' rating by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in all five areas: safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led.

About the Role

This role involves supporting individuals in daily activities, including using local community resources, participating in social events, managing finances, maintaining a clean home environment, shopping, providing personal care, and enjoying your work.

No prior experience in social care is required; we offer comprehensive training programs, including the Health and Social Care Diploma, at no cost to you, to support your career progression.
