Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Complex Needs Support Worker. This role will involve working with individuals who require support with complex health conditions, mental health, and autism and learning disabilities. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support that enables individuals to lead fulfilling lives.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Supporting individuals with complex needs in a safe and respectful manner
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation
  • Encouraging independence and participation in activities


**Requirements**
  • A valid full UK manual driving license is preferable, but not essential
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults or children
