The successful candidate will have experience working with individuals with complex needs and a strong understanding of the importance of person-centered care. You will be responsible for providing daily care and support to our residents, as well as supporting them in their daily activities.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £23,985 per annum (£12.30 per hour), plus benefits, including comprehensive training, career progression opportunities, and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily care and support to residents, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as shopping and household chores
  • Support residents in their social and leisure activities, including music therapy and arts and crafts
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., social work, nursing)
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid full UK manual driving license (preferable)
