Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A QCF in Health & Social Care Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent)">
- At least 2 years' experience working in a senior support worker role">
- Excellent leadership and management skills">
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills">
