Job Description:
As a Safety Critical Systems Team Lead at AWE Plc, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians who design and develop safety-critical systems for nuclear warheads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of safety-critical systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate safety risks associated with system design.
- Develop and implement safety procedures and guidelines to ensure effective risk management.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in safety-critical systems design and development.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects and teams.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Salary: £47,690 - £73,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
