Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Team Leader to join our Warhead Design Safety Team at AWE Plc. As a key member of the Surety Group, you will be responsible for delivering critical skills and resources aligned to business requirements.

The successful candidate will have experience in Defence Safety Systems Management (SMS) and Nuclear Safety. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and be accountable for maintaining a technical capability that delivers critical skills and resources aligned to business requirements.

We offer a competitive salary of £47,690 - £73,000 depending on your suitability, qualifications, and level of experience. Our benefits package includes a 9-day working fortnight, market leading contributory pension scheme, and opportunities for professional career development.
