Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Volunteer Minibus Driver to support individuals with learning disabilities and autism in Tadley, Hampshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe transportation of our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To drive a minibus safely and efficiently, adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
  • To transport individuals with learning disabilities and autism to various destinations, prioritising their comfort and well-being.
  • To maintain accurate records of journeys and service user information, respecting data protection protocols.
  • To undertake any necessary training or certifications to ensure compliance with organisational requirements.
Requirements:
  • A full, clean driving licence.
  • Previous experience driving minibuses or similar-sized vehicles.
  • Punctuality, reliability, kindness, and empathy when interacting with service users.
  • The ability to deal with confidential information in accordance with our data protection policies.
