AWE Plc is recruiting for a Learning Development Consultant to support our team in designing and delivering training programmes. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will conduct thorough Training Needs Analysis, develop and deliver training courses, and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality. Proficiency in delivering consistent, relevant, and effective learning is a must.

We are looking for someone with qualifications equivalent to membership or working towards membership of a professional body or equivalent experience. A fundamental awareness of how a Learning Management System operates is also essential.

Salary: £35,750 - £53,500 per annum, depending on your suitability, qualifications, and level of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed Training Needs Analysis to identify comprehensive requirements.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality training interventions that meet course aims and objectives.
  • Promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality.
