Learning and Operations Expert

About the Role:

AWE Plc is recruiting for a Learning and Operations Expert to support our team with designing, developing, and delivering training programmes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our dynamic, fast-paced, and technically challenging area.

The successful candidate will be required to complete operational planning, learning and development including key responsibilities such as analysis, development, design, and delivery of training courses for NTR operational responders, NTR staff and end users.

Key Skills:

  • Experience of carrying out detailed Training Needs Analysis with stakeholders, subject matter experts and end users.
  • Proficiency in the delivery of consistent, relevant and effective learning.
