Technical Secretariat/Author Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Secretariat/Author to join our Liabilities function, providing support for leadership, regulatory, customer, and technical meetings.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, with experience of managing multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings, including notification, planning, and follow-up activities.
- Review and format senior board papers and communications to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Consult with stakeholders and contributors to ensure meeting packs and outputs meet company standards.
Requirements:
- A Level or equivalent qualification, or relevant on-the-job experience in a comparable field.
- Excellent organisational skills, with experience of managing multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
